\"\"In essence we are travelers. For decades now, given any opportunity, we\u2019ve always chosen to go and explore new cultures and landscapes. We\u2019ve been blessed to have spent time with the Edurios and the Yacunas on the Apoporis River and to have climbed amazing heights like the Uhuro on Kilimanjaro. We\u2019ve ventured in rivers from Leticia to Buenos Aires and dove with the sharks at Gal\u00e1pagos. We\u2019ve walked the 800 KM French trail to Santiago de Compostela, the Inca trail and parts of Patagonia. These are just some of the beautiful journeys we\u2019ve had the privilege to experience throughout our lives.<\/p>\n

Carlos is the innate explorer and certainly the creative mind behind all our adventures!\u00a0 From a young age, he used to accompany his uncle Ricardo to the flatlands in Colombia and was constantly captivated by the manigua, the unexplored.<\/p>\n

Maria Clara a nature lover decided not only to share her life with Carlos but to undertake any adventure where his imagination led them.<\/p>\n

In 2017 after retiring, our wanderlust has gained momentum! Hence, we\u2019ve created this online document to leave behind a trace of our footsteps in this planet to hopefully inspire our grandchildren or just to have them check in on the whereabouts of their grandparents!<\/p>\n
